Mr. Maynor Ordoñez was a God send for me.  He is an extraordinary person who goes way beyond to meet his customers' expectations and to provide an absolute, extreme, and fantastic job!  No other flooring companies would ever beat the way he delivered his services.  In such a very short notice, he managed to install new flooring almost my entire 1st floor to include the hallway upstairs and stairs' carpet for my house.  I told him that I was on a tight budget due to unforseen expenses, yet he still didn't hesitated to help me out.  He gave me good advices on what type of flooring I should install within my budget and he had given me so many options.  He even personally brought me to the flooring store to shop or pick out the type of flooring and carpet I wanted.  Who does that these days?  And 2 days later, he had everything installed in my house in ONE day without leaving any mess.  I am very impressed!  He is very professional and friendly, which goes to all of his staff.  He is punctual, honest, kind, and communicates well  (scheduling, informing you what time that he'll be arriving, and so forth.)
